Refund Policy:

1.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • BUSKAM ORGANICS must be notified of interest to return/exchange no later than 24hrs of your DELIVERED items.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Product(s)/item(s) purchased within 24hrs, qualified for a refund is in a damaged state [see Terms & Conditions for product(s)/item(s)].
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).

1.2. Refund Process:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests, and product is undamaged/tampered with.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or text (WhatsApp) that we have received your returned item(s) and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2.2. Return Process:

  • Include approval receipt with your returned item(s) to ensure proper processing.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
